The weeks slipped by and I didn’t update my blog. Months drifted past and I didn’t update my blog. In the beginning my mind tried to make me worry and feel bad about it, but it didn’t get very far. Since I stopped updating my blog last year, lots of things happened, very much in line with my hopes and dreams. And it’s not always necessary to make everything public the moment it happens.

The superficial changes include deciding to teach capoeira in Cusco, and our move to Urubamba, a village in the Sacred Valley, where we set up "El Arte Sano", an English institute as well as a place that promotes culture and Helard's photography.
